I just got back from jogging.

I went for 15 minutes.  There's one I go 30 and another 1 hour.

There are a few things that are not good to say that come to mind.

If you're jealous of someone, you can't just totally explode because that's like saying you wish they weren't born, and they'll notice how far it goes.

Do not say nigger nor refer to others of the n-word to be safe.
